Description
Job Summary: Provides professional level customer support, systems analysis and design techniques to analyze and evaluate business objectives, facilitate definition of user requirements, and implement and maintain applications and system integrations. Gathers information, defines work requirements, and contributes to the development of program specifications. Analyzes applications, develops and maintains documentation, writes, tests, troubleshoots and reviews code in preparation for implementation.
Daily Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, modify, maintain, test and troubleshoot code for Nemadji applications across desktop and web platforms, following established SDLC practices and quality standards.
  • Enhance existing applications by analyzing business objectives, preparing actionable plans, and identifying opportunities for improvement or modernization.
  • Maintain internally developed applications by diagnosing and resolving defects, improving stability, and ensuring long-term maintainability.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions for new web-based systems, including database, API, and UI layers.
  • Identify and drive technical improvements, such as refactoring legacy components and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Requirements
Education
BS in Computer Science, Software Development; OR AS in a related field plus 3+ years of professional development experience
Required Experience
  • Hands on experience with .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, and Visual Studio
  • Experience working with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Familiarity with SDLC, version control, and structured development practices

Preferred Experience:
  • Experience building or maintaining API-driven architecture
  • Exposure to Web UI frameworks
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, or DevOps practices
  • Experience modernizing legacy applications or migrating desktop system to web platforms

Required Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Knowledge
  • .NET development - Experience with C# and .NET frameworks for desktop and web applications
  • Oracle PL/SQL - Ability to write stored procedures, packages, triggers, and optimize queries
  • SQL - Strong understanding of relational concepts and query design
  • Visual Studio - Proficiency using Visual Studio for development, debugging, and project organization management
  • Database systems - Experience with Oracle and SQL Server Environments, including schema design, performance tuning, and data integrity concepts
  • API development - Understanding RESTful API design, integration, and testing
  • Web UI frameworks - Familiarity with modern front-end technologies
  • SDLC practices - Knowledge of structured development processes, documentation, and quality standards
  • CI/CD Pipelines - Experience with automated build and deployment workflows (Azure DevOps preferred)
