WWC Engineering (WWC) is a multi-disciplinary, professional firm specializing in Civil/Site, Environmental, Land Development, Mining, Municipal, NEPA, Oil & Gas, Planning, Roads/Bridges, Surveying, Water/Wastewater and Water Resources services.

WWC has over 140 employees and has been serving the Rocky Mountain region since 1980. Our client focus is to provide innovation, quality and service to every project.

The Senior Project Manager, PE will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams on a variety of civil engineering and water resource projects. This role is ideal for an experienced civil or environmental engineer who enjoys managing complex projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders, and guiding technical teams from planning and design through construction.

The successful candidate will manage projects involving civil design, water resources and irrigation systems, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, reservoir design and permitting, environmental permitting, geotechnical engineering, surveying, and construction engineering. Responsibilities include overseeing design development, preparing plans and technical specifications, coordinating with public agencies and stakeholders, and managing project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

We're looking for a motivated, self-directed professional who enjoys leading teams, solving complex engineering challenges, and delivering high-quality projects that serve our communities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Professional Engineer with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
  • Strong project management and team leadership skills
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is highly desirable
  • Some travel is required; you must have a valid driver's license and insurable under WWC's vehicle insurance

Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits negotiable based on experience. Benefit package includes generous holiday and personal time off; comp time; health, dental, and vision insurance; a 401K/profit sharing plan; and bonus potential.


This position will involve some travel (using WWC vehicles) and thus this offer is made on the condition that you have a valid driver's license and that you are able to be covered by WWC's vehicle insurance. This offer is also contingent upon passing a pre-employment drug & alcohol test.
