Responsibilities:
• Execute the engineering roadmap for blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
• Participate in design, architecture, and implementation of blockchain-based solutions, ensuring security, scalability, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and operations teams to define technical requirements.
• Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and security.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging standards, and evolving regulatory frameworks in digital assets.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Solidity, Go or similar languages for blockchain and back-end development within an enterprise production environment
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software systems at scale.
Preferred:
• 3+ years in blockchain and tokenization strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of blockchain architecture, consensus algorithms, smart contracts, and cryptographic primitives.
• Familiarity with custodial and non-custodial wallet infrastructure, key management, and secure signing.
• Experience in regulated financial services or fintech.
