Job description

Summary:

The Maintenance & Detail Associate is responsible for the general upkeep, repair and overall maintenance of the building/property.  This role is tasked with routine cleaning and inspection to ensure the facilities remain fully operational and welcoming. Additionally, this role will assist in detailing motorcoaches as needed.  Schedule is 1st shift, Tuesday - Saturday.  Hourly rate is between $18.00-21.00/hr.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Seasonal clean-up and upkeep of garden beds.
  • Keep common areas, restrooms, and workspaces clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Routine cleaning and inspection of entire facility.
  • Perform “handyman” tasks such as painting, patching walls, basic hardware fixes, etc.
  • Ensure the outside of the building is clean and safe by managing walkways, debris and seasonal needs.
  • Perform regular lawn care such as moving, edging and weed eating.
  • Detail motorcoaches both internal and external.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Physically demanding position/on feet constantly.
  • Must have the ability to open bus bay doors and utilize pressure washer machine.
  • Must have reliable transportation and regular attendance.
  • Mechanical knowledge is helpful.
  • Will be working in wet, hot and cold environments.
  • Able to work well with a team as well as individually.
  • Attention to detail is critical.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance.
  • Stand, sit, and squat for extended periods of time.
