POSITION SUMMARY:

The Family Entertainment Center Lead will be responsible for the management of the FEC operations including but not limited to: Maintenance, Housekeeping, Retail, Event Management Administration and Reporting. Family Entertainment Center Manager will also work closely with other departments in hiring, training, management, and staff scheduling.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

The Family Entertainment Center Lead is responsible for the oversight and implementation of all tasks. These responsibilities include:

  • Helping with the implementation of marketing plan/strategy
  • Developing and maintaining staff schedules
  • P&L management and reconciliation
  • Creating and promoting program and activities within FEC
  • Retail sales and inventory control
  • Oversees daily operations for the FEC
  • Primary contact for all events and executor of bookings/contracts for the FEC
  • FEC development and sales in-house and co-partnerships
  • Overseeing inventory of the redemption store
  • Monthly inventory count of redemption and retail items
  • Maintaining and cleaning of the arcade equipment
  • Oversee daily function of the Arcade, Virtual Reality, & E-Sports areas

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of retail, sports or entertainment sales required
  • Must have excellent initiative, interpersonal, problem solving and negotiating skills
  • Must be a team player
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, holidays and long hours)
  • Must possess current CPR/FIRST AID certifications or must be willing to obtain them within a specified period of time
  • Prior responsibility in daily P&L management and budget oversight

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds waist high
  • May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend
  • Will be required to operate a computer
  • Facility has intermittent noise
