Job description

Position Summary...What you'll do...The Walmart US eCommerce cross border inbound team builds products that allow Marketplace Sellers increased selection by offering fast, reliable, and affordable shipping options from overseas factories to the Walmart Fulfillment network.  We are seeking an experienced Staff – Technology Operations to own Destination Services for a fast-paced, rapidly growing, cross-border inbound logistics service. This Staff, TO will define the vision and roadmap for the destination-side services we will offer to Walmart Imports sellers. This role will focus on shaping the future Destination Services product — grounded in seller feedback, service performance insights, and operational feasibility. Partnering closely with Operations, Product, and cross-functional teams, you will translate seller needs and operational realities into clear business requirements, design end-to-end service experiences, and guide the development of scalable, reliable capabilities from port unload through delivery to FCs. This role is broad in scope and encompasses business strategy, gathering and defining business requirements, project planning, continuous improvement, KPI management, change management, and tracking issues through to resolution. You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

• You possess superior communication skills, flexibility, and ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.

• You’re experienced with executing cross functional projects without direct authority over the teams involved.
• You have a background in transportation, supply chain, cross border logistics process design, or six sigma.  You’ll make an impact by:
• Thinking Big – You understand market trends and how they relate to what Sellers want and how they behave in your space. You anticipate your customers’ expectations and exceed them.
• Moving fast – Work in an agile and iterative team environment.
• Managing the Project Planning Process – Work with product and program teams cross-functionally within Walmart to drive efficient and timely project planning processes and business reviews.
• Driving effective change management – Standardize and lead change management process.
• Communicating change and progress – Create and consolidate communications for internal and external audiences in your space.
• Managing Issues – Drive resolution of key issues, escalations, and projects.
• Working cross-functionally and across multiple locations – Communication, collaboration, and organization are key to your success. You will provide program leadership for cross-function teams to deliver on your strategy across business, product, tech, support, and operational organizations.
