The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies to promote company brand awareness, drive new customer acquisition, and support the local marketing needs of assigned centers. This role involves working closely with the local Center Managers and business partners to tailor marketing initiatives to regional markets.

We are looking to add a West Coast based Field Marketing Manager to our team!

LOCATION: Must reside in West Coast

REPORTS TO: Senior Field Marketing Manager

PAY: $70,000-$80,000 + 7.5 % Bonus

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:

Local Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research
  • Identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to the regional market

Campaign Development:

  • Partner with the Creative team to design effective marketing materials
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in overall brand strategy
  • Design and implement marketing campaign

Event Planning and Execution:

  • Plan and coordinate local events, community engagement and promotional activities
  • Manage logistics, budgets and execution
  • Coordinate the promotion of local events and engagement via social media

Partnerships and Networking:

  • Build and maintain relationships with local partners, influencers and community organizations
  • Leverage partnerships to enhance brand presence and drive new customer generation
  • Regularly distribute marketing materials to local business partners

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate the regional marketing budget efficiently
  • Track expenditures and ensure all activities are cost effective
  • Work with Center Managers to determine optimal field marketing initiatives

Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor KPI's to measure the success of field marketing activities
  • Provide regular reports and feedback to management on campaign effectiveness and regional market conditions

REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in Field Marketing, Regional Marketing, or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns
  • Budgeting and planning experience with GTM annual marketing plans
  • Experience working in a role with matrix structured leadership

Skills:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media management)
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and priorities

Other:

  • Willingness to travel 50%-75% to centers within designated region
  • Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events and campaigns
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 40lbs
