Job description

Weichert Financial Services is hiring a Destination Manager Assistant (DMA) for its Mortgage Mobility Division. This position will be remote.
The Destination Manager Assistant (DMA) provides comprehensive sales and administrative support to borrowers on behalf of one or more high-producing Destination Managers (DM) with the primary objective of increasing closed loan production and company contribution margin. This position is responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient movement of loan files through the loan pipeline. The DMA collaborates with the Operations Team to achieve efficient and effective loan fulfillment and performs key communications with borrowers intended to enhance the overall borrower experience.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Provides proactive sales and administrative support to the DM, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling communications.
  • Acts as a liaison between clients, real estate professionals, title companies, and internal underwriting and processing staff throughout the loan process.
  • Collects, organizes and reviews requisite loan documentation from borrowers to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Maintains and tracks the DM's pipeline, ensuring all loans meet key deadlines for processing and closing.
  • Prepares and distributes marketing materials, thank-you letters, client communications and other nurturing campaigns as part of ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitors and maintains accurate contact records, loan status updates, and task tracking in the Surefire CRM systems.
  • Reviews loan files for compliance with federal and state regulations before submission.
  • Provides support during webinars, training sessions, and internal meetings as required.
  • Performs general office duties, including monitoring supplies, filing, and email management.
  • Executes additional duties that arise to support the DM's production goals.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in the mortgage origination, processing or underwriting preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products and loan origination systems
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

The estimated base salary is between $45,000 - $52,500 (annually). The rate of pay offerred will be dependant upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and or licenses/certifications.
