The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Sr. Analyst, Deployment Planning reporting to the Director, Corporate Deployment, PMO & Operations.

- Own the ongoing design and implementation, while partnering on development across RCG's deployment- and pricing-related competitive intelligence tools - from business requirement gathering and vendor relationships through roll out and socialization across users, partnering with Revenue Management Planning on the data pipeline to ensure accuracy and consistency. This tool will be used across all brands and unlocks unprecedented access to competitive information across itineraries, destination usage, and pricing to plan faster, more accurately and scale more effectively as we continue to grow our fleet
- Own data validation oversight for the team's competitive data pipelines, and drive automation of recurring analyses to reduce manual refresh work and scale reporting capacity.
- Measure and report on the accuracy of forecasts and models over time, driving continuous improvement and accountability in the insights delivered to senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the company to understand existing processes, outline requirements, and build cases for our future tools and processes.
- Oversee the development and execution of various projects and process improvement initiatives by coordinating across stakeholders to set the end goal and then break it out into a detailed plan.
- Evaluate solutions, balance competing priorities, and guide the projects to stay on budget and on schedule.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders, you will outline business requirements, make design decisions, and lead the rollout of long-term and high-impact initiatives that will reshape how we plan itineraries.
- Lead department-wide efforts to document our ways of working to reinforce best practices and standardize our processes, building a repository of knowledge to further support future analysis and automation.
- Develop presentations, trainings, and other materials for use in both internal and external settings, using your creativity to present the topic at hand in a compelling way.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited university with a concentration in industrial engineering, data analytics, business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 1+ years of experience supporting technical projects and leading process improvement efforts.
