Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a high-end restaurant or bar-forward setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
  • Knowledge of cocktail and beverage service is an advantage.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and payments.

  • Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid alcohol service certification.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality service to guests.
  • Adhere to all local and national liquor laws.
  • Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes.
  • Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team.
  • Conduct all tasks with diligence, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Assist with inventory and inventory control.
