Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails – North Scottsdale, AZ

Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails is seeking motivated, detail-oriented Support Staff to join our high-performance team. This includes Bussers, Food Runners, and Barbacks who are passionate about hospitality and thrive in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

This is a critical role in delivering a seamless guest experience. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, move with urgency, and maintain the highest standards.

Position Overview

Support Staff play a key role in maintaining the flow of service, assisting front-of-house operations, and ensuring every guest experience is executed at the highest level.

Requirements

  • Full availability is required (nights, weekends, and holidays)
  • Well-groomed, polished appearance is mandatory
  • Previous restaurant experience preferred (fine dining or high-volume a plus)
  • Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead

Responsibilities

Bussers

  • Reset and maintain tables quickly and efficiently
  • Assist servers with water service and table maintenance
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas

Food Runners

  • Deliver food accurately and efficiently
  • Communicate dishes clearly and confidently to guests
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet standards

Barbacks

  • Support bartenders with stocking, prep, and cleanliness
  • Maintain bar organization and readiness during service
  • Assist with glassware, ice, and product replenishment
