About the role


Double E Group is seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team. You will provide day-to-day technical support for employees while assisting with key IT infrastructure, security, and modernization initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys helping users, improving processes, and contributing to projects that strengthen the company's technology environment.


This is a full-time onsite position located in West Bridgewater, Massachusetts.

Requirements:

What you’ll do

  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for employees.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
  • Assist users with account access, password resets, and MFA enrollment.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Maintain accurate hardware, software, and IT asset inventories.
  • Assist with implementation and management of RMM, antivirus, and EDR solutions.
  • Support various migration and updates our IT infrastructure with a strong focus in strengthening our security protocols.
  • Document systems, procedures, and support processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors, managed service providers, and third-party support organizations.
  • Assist with ongoing IT projects and technology deployments.
  • Occasional travel to company locations may be required

About You

  • 1–3 years of IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows environments.
  • Previous migration and servers upgrade experience required. Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, computer hardware, and mobile devices.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently when needed.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), endpoint management platforms, RMM tools, antivirus and EDR solutions.
  • Have and entrepreneurial spirit and desire to work in a complex manufacturing work environment.
  • Previous support with multi-site and/or global business environments.
