Description

Seeking a motivated IT Support Technician III to join our growing IT team. This role will provide hands-on technical support for our Tulsa office and assist with help desk operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and capable of handling both routine troubleshooting and dynamic on-site requests.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide desktop support and basic troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.

* Manage help desk tickets via ConnectWise and respond to support requests through Teams, email, and in-person.

* Assist with hardware moves and setups, including servers, switches, and UPS devices (must lift up to 50 lbs).

Support a hybrid IT environment including:

* Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel)

* Active Directory and Azure sync

* Perform basic network troubleshooting (Meraki firewalls, Unifi equipment).

* Collaborate with internal IT team and MSP partners for escalations.

* Document work performed and maintain accurate ticket records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of IT support experience or equivalent hands-on exposure.

Windows OS and Microsoft 365 suite

Networking fundamentals

Strong critical thinking and ability to prioritize tasks without strict scripts.
