Some of the responsibilities includes: providing level 1 & 2 support for 30 end users, consistent customer care, resolving technical assistance requests via telephone, emails, chat or desk side support and working with a support team for escalated issues.

Qualifications

3-5 years of application and desktop support experience in financial institutions; Effectively able to communicate with all levels of Management, IT teams and Bankers of all levels, also must have interpersonal skills Mobile Phones: IPhones, Blackberries, Androids; Printer issues :Active Directory - Password Resets; Ability to recognize and communicate risk with a strong track record for production risk mitigation is extremely important to the role; Ability to deliver quality products and processes to a production environment; MS Office Troubleshooting(Windows XP/7, Office 2003/2007/2010, Outlook); Maintain emotional control under stress. Maintain positive attitude when dealing with clients Some bending, stooping, climbing and walking. Occasional lifting and carrying of heavy objects
