Skills Overview Deskside Support Tech. Must be experienced in DESKSIDE support

Win7/Win XP OS support. Troubleshooting

Office 2003/2007/2010 support

end user trouble shooting skills

Break/fix support. IMAC, data migration, pc refresh.

Installation, configuration and maintenance of windows, hardware's and software's.

Desktop and laptop installation ,configuration and upgradation

Support and troubleshoot windows XP and windows 7/Migrations
