Supporting Meaningful Work - work brings deeper motivation, purpose and fulfillment to our lives
  • Update desktop environments and provide advanced troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with developers and design/build teams to support application changes
  • Monitor and troubleshoot server, network and database performance
  • Day to day support for all technology related to manufacturing operations including robots, PLCs and other automated machinery
  • Manage daily processing of business applications and resolve or escalate issues
  • Log and escalate incidents, aiming to reduce future escalations through documentation
  • Maintain technical documentation for procedures and instructions
  • Work 1st shift manufacturing hours (6:30am to 3pm) and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call support schedule, including nights and weekends

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Information Systems)
  • 2-5+ years of experience in IT support or infrastructure
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with operating systems and file structures
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally
  • Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.

The starting annual base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $90,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
