An associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. A CompTIA A+ Certification (or equivalent) is strongly recommended. Additional certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or ITIL Foundation, are advantageous.Successful applicants will demonstrate experience with hardware troubleshooting, operating systems, network fundamentals, IDF/MDF patching, cable management, and technical documentation, enabling them to confidently deploy and maintain desktops, laptops, and related IT equipment.Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset are essential to thrive in this role.
