Job Description The HR Product team seeks an experienced Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant to join an Agile team responsible for defining and prioritizing the product backlog in alignment with business vision and priorities. You will design, configure, test, and deliver system capabilities that enhance employee and stakeholder experiences, promote cross-functional collaboration, and drive innovation while operating within an Agile framework. You will facilitate sessions to automate scalable business processes, rules, and workflows that support changing strategies and employee experience needs. Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to gather, refine, and document Workday HCM requirements. Support configuration, enhancement, and optimization of Core HCM functionality within Workday. Translate business requirements into functional Workday capabilities and scalable solution designs. Coordinate and complete user acceptance testing, including issue tracking, validation, and defect resolution support. Collaborate with executive-level employees, product owners, and cross-functional partners to ensure successful delivery. Provide functional support and guidance related to the Workday Business Process Framework. Focus primarily on Workday HCM capabilities and related integrations and workflows. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer engineering, human resources, or equivalent work experience. 5 or more years of relevant technical experience in Workday, focused on Core HCM. Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, and testing Workday Core HCM solutions. Demonstrated ability to deliver within an Agile framework and manage UAT activities. Preferred Skills: Global configuration experience in Workday. Knowledge of offer letter configuration, job requisitions, and dynamic job application process configuration in Workday. Ability to support complex product analysis, evaluate new applications or vendors, and drive automation in complex environments. Strong knowledge of desktop technology, Microsoft Office, Windows infrastructure, tools, and key enterprise software. Thorough knowledge of HR functions and business rules, including payroll, compensation, recruiting, staffing, and benefits. Experience with HR strategic platforms, including Workday and Jira, and familiarity with the broader HR technology ecosystem. Ability to identify threats and vulnerabilities in cloud environments. Proven experience configuring and designing complex workflows and business rules in Workday. Ability to recommend process or technical changes based on analysis and best practices.
