What You’ll Do:


As a Medical Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors—setting the tone for a positive care experience. You’ll manage front desk operations, patient check-ins, and scheduling, playing a key role in our day-to-day flow and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism

  • Confirm and update insurance and demographic details at each visit

  • Schedule and coordinate provider appointments, adjusting as needed

  • Assist patients who missed appointments to encourage treatment continuity

  • Handle prior authorizations and explain patient financial responsibilities

  • Distribute, verify, and scan forms, including handbooks and intake documents

  • Collect co-pays and process payments; set up payment plans when needed

  • Maintain a clean, organized front office and uphold patient confidentiality

  • Provide courteous, effective communication by phone and in person

  • Participate in team huddles and contribute to a supportive work environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred

  • 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced medical office required

  • Customer service and/or healthcare experience strongly preferred

  • Proficient with EMRs, Microsoft Office, and phone systems

  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills
