Front Desk Hospitality Specialist
Wichita, KS
Monday through Friday | 8am to 5pm
$17 to $21/hr

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring a Front Desk Hospitality Specialist for our Springfield office.

This is more than answering phones. You are the first voice people hear and the first face they see when they walk through our doors. We are looking for someone who brings energy, professionalism, warmth, and calm to a fast moving environment.

If you are highly organized, love helping people, and can confidently manage a busy front desk while making others feel welcome, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do
Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls
Welcome applicants, caregivers, clients, and visitors with professionalism and kindness
Connect callers and guests to the right departments quickly and efficiently
Assist with problem solving and gathering information for staff and families
Support office operations with clerical and administrative tasks
Prepare documentation and reports as needed
Help create a positive, supportive office atmosphere every day
