This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to be involved in the entire manufacturing process — from initial design and concept development through to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full product lifecycle: preliminary design, part fabrication, and final production
  • Develop, write, maintain, and troubleshoot CNC programs for Mills, Lathes, and EDM Wire Cutting machines
  • Collaborate on design ideas and implement them into detailed drawings
  • Work closely with production teams to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Set up and run CNC equipment as needed

Tool & Die Makers are strongly encouraged to apply.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong CNC programming experience (G-Code)
  • Knowledge of CAD software
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering prints
  • Solid understanding of CNC machine setup and operation
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to be involved in multiple aspects of manufacturing

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Pay
  • 401(k) Profit Share
  • Employer Paid Healthcare
  • Paid Time Off
  • Air-conditioned facility
  • Opportunity to work on diverse, meaningful projects with direct impact
  • Long-term career growth with a stable, family-owned company

If you thrive in a dynamic environment where you can see your ideas go from concept to finished product, we want to hear from you!
