Job description

The Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational and creative aspects of our internal graphic design team. This role is a highly skilled, hands‑on designer who takes lead on high‑profile design projects while providing creative direction and feedback to the broader team. This individual also manages team workload, timelines, and day‑to‑day design operations to ensure we consistently deliver strong creative work.

Responsibilities
  • Lead high-priority design projects from end-to-end, serving as the go-to designer for our most important and creatively demanding work
  • Manage the internal graphic design team, including assigning projects, balancing workloads, and overseeing day-to-day priorities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for graphic design-related communication, including project scope, timelines, and creative needs
  • Coordinate design resources to ensure projects and deliverables are executed efficiently
  • Work closely with account and strategy teams to ensure creative briefs, concepts, and design direction are clear and actionable
  • Track project scopes, design requests, and deliverables in collaboration with the account teams
  • Assess team bandwidth and identify opportunities to improve resource allocation and workflow efficiency
  • Oversee the design process to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets
  • Review and provide feedback on designs internally to ensure alignment with brand standards and client expectations in collaboration with the account and strategy teams
  • Design and edit creative assets as needed to support timelines and creative quality standards
