We are looking for Design Consultants who are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and energized by helping customers invest in better-quality products for their homes.

THE DETAILS:

You'll be joining our Winnipeg team at 1485 Portage Avenue, in a full-time capacity (Monday - Sunday)

    What You'll Do

    • Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey
    • Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
    • Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
    • Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories
    • Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships
    • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
    • Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture

    Compensation & Growth

    This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
