## Electronics Design LeadApplylocations: United States, Wisconsin, Milwaukeetime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: WD48513**What you will do:**The successful candidate will serve as the technical lead for electronics projects, acting as a recognized subject matter expert within the organization. This role requires deep expertise in electronics development and a strong ability to create and drive innovative technical concepts and solutions. The position partners closely with management and key stakeholders to align priorities, influence technical direction, and support business objectives. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, this individual will play a significant role in advancing both the department’s technical capabilities and the broader organization’s development.**How you will do it:** • Leads negotiation of customer specifications as the primary electronics interface. • Instructs the team in the review of industry standards, regulatory standards and internal design guidelines to establish electrical product requirements. • Leads requirements analysis and validation planning activities in accordance with automotive functional safety and ASPICE processes without guidance. • Leads design verification activities such as engineering analysis, simulation, design reviews, DFMEAs, validation testing and reporting in accordance with automotive functional safety and ASPICE processes without guidance. • Leads design direction for core and customer electronic circuit designs covering analog, digital, micro-controller architecture, DCDC converters, and design of power semiconductor circuits. • Leads the team in the generation of technical requirements of electrical architecture and electrical circuit design, components and sub-assemblies including PCBA, contactors, fans, temperature sensors, Flex PCBs and other electrical hardware. • Leads the team in the generation of hardware / software interface specifications and electronic test software requirements, working closely with the embedded software engineering team. • Leads design and test for vehicle level electrical and electromagnetic performance per customer requirements.
