We specialize in human-centered design with deep focus on design thinking and digital transformation.

As a Full Stack Developer you will use your exceptional web development skills and experiences to architect and lead the development of responsive Drupal websites and web applications. As a member of our world-class agency, you will work on innovative and inspired work across a variety of clients.

General Responsibilities:
  1. Expected to contribute to the success of the department by providing leadership and guidance.
  2. Successfully solves difficult problems, recognized as a leader in more than one area.
  3. Recognized as a subject matter expert in areas specific to their discipline/team.
  4. Able to identify and address previously acknowledged problems, offering innovative solutions and influencing organizational strategy.
  5. Designs and leads implementation of product, process, automation and/or streamlines work using industry best practices or incremental ideas, resulting in systemic improvements and/or increased engagement.
  6. Designs new business processes that have a positive impact on customers and drives organizational growth.
  7. Mentors junior and mid-level team members, actively participates in the hiring process, advocates for business improvements, and contributes to the performance management process, providing valuable insights.
Technical Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer requirements to architect and build custom websites and applications;
  • Demonstrate a high level of expertise with technologies such as PHP and recent releases of Drupal;
  • Build and test custom Drupal modules and hooks based on functional requirements;
  • Exhibit a strong desire and passion for implementing new technologies to improve project outcomes continuously;
  • Collaborate directly with the creative director, designers, project managers, user experience leads, and customers on assigned projects;
  • Develop comprehensive test scripts to ensure the robustness and reliability of developed solutions.
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience developing complex recent versions of Drupal enterprise web applications, including custom views, modules, and themes.
  • 7+ years of experience in Software Development utilizing Object Oriented Design;
  • 3+ years of experience developing custom Drupal modules;
  • 2+ years of experience with REST API integrations;
  • Experience with SDLC and version control systems (e.g., Git);
  • Experience supporting the team with feedback, performance management, hiring, and mentoring;
  • Experience leading teams through complex software implementation projects;
  • Expertise leading projects, including various development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall;
  • Strong understanding of SQL and Relational databases;
  • Familiarity with web security best practices and experience in securing Drupal websites;
  • Exceptional proficiency in coding in PHP/HTML/CSS/JavaScript and consistently developing clean, semantic, and valid markup;
  • Ability to analyze requirements and follow detailed technical and functional specifications;
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Drupal certifications: preferred
