At GBrakes, we engineer precision braking systems for riders who demand performance. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Media Coordinator to help drive our digital presence and support our growing brand.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys content creation and analytics, and wants to grow within a performance-driven company.
Who We Are:
We manufacture high-performance motorcycle rotors, brake pads, and brake lines trusted by riders and racers nationwide. Our digital marketing team plays a critical role in delivering content driven marketing.
Pay & Schedule
• Pay: DOE
• Schedule: Tuesday – Friday, 10-hour shifts
• Job Type: Full-time
What You’ll Do:
This role focuses on managing the digital marketing and organize the company’s online digital content, digital campaigns, and media presence across platforms. The role blends marketing, communication, creativity, analytics, and project coordination.  
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Publishing
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content using in-house resources
  • Develop engaging platform-specific content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta (Instagram & Facebook) aligned with brand voice
  • Edit and enhance visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Maintain and organize digital media assets within the company media library for efficient access and reuse
  • Curate and maintain Instagram Highlights to showcase key campaigns, products, and brand initiatives
Social Media & Digital Marketing
  • Schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook using Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
  • Monitor social channels, engage with audiences, and foster community growth
  • Track engagement metrics and compile performance reports to inform strategy
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven optimizations to improve ROI
Email Marketing
  • Design, build, and schedule email and SMS campaigns in Klaviyo
  • Manage and optimize website sign-up forms to improve conversion rates
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously optimize automated flows
  • Monitor deliverability, engagement metrics, and performance analytics to inform strategy
  • Oversee list growth, segmentation, and audience targeting to increase campaign effectiveness
Analytics & Reporting
  • Collect and analyze data from Meta Business Suite, Klaviyo, and YouTube Studio
  • Prepare performance reports and presentations for executive leadership
Administrative & Departmental Support
  • Provide administrative support to the Media Department
  • Maintain organized content and event calendars (races, vendor meetings, trade shows, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Sponsorship
  • Monitor and evaluate sponsored riders posts
  • Monitor and evaluate sponsorship form submissions to identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships within the industry to expand partnership opportunities
Qualifications:
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media coordination, digital marketing, or similar role preferred
  • Experience with WordPress-based websites strongly desired
  • Powersports or automotive industry experience is a plus
Technical Skills
  • Working familiarity with WordPress CMS
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
  • Basic working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta ads
  • Understanding of SEO and digital advertising fundamentals
