Responsibilities:

  • You will visit our customers in their homes to consult and identify the product that best fits their needs; our consultants are trained to offer a wide range of window, patio door, and entry door options.

  • You will use tools, training, and our sales methodology while building a rapport with the customers to offer our replacement services.

  • You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.

  • You will be expected to provide an exceptional customer service experience from the start of their project to the end.

  • Success in this role requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close on solutions that meet and/or exceed the customer's needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • At least 2yrs of In-Home or Outside Sales Experience

  • Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus

  • Ability to physically lift up to 50 pounds

  • A proven track record of closing sales

  • Self-motivation and results orientation

  • A strong focus on exceeding customer expectations

  • A healthy sense of competitiontempered by an equally strong sense of teamwork
