Our plant located just outside Vancouver, BC is a pivotal operation within a mission-driven organization that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Project Delivery Manager to collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and coordination, cost control, schedule adherence, and high-quality deliverables.
Position Overview
As the Manager, Project Delivery, you will oversee the successful execution of projects from initial handover to client closeout. You will collaborate closely with internal teams-Business Development, Engineering & Drafting, Manufacturing and Site Teams, -to ensure seamless project execution and coordination, cost control, schedule adherence, and high-quality deliverables. You will be the main contact between Client Consultants and Design teams to our internal design team to ensure clear communication of design intent and requirements.
Additionally, you will support business development in estimating, and proposal creation during the customer inquiry phase and contract development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the estimates to support the development of proposals and sales initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of projects including coordination of structural design, project schedules, budgets, and team resource plans.
  • Monitor project performance metrics and provide reports to senior leadership and clients.
  • Ensure project setup, including document management and compliance with Nexii's standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Oversee project risks, issues, and action plans, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Translate client requirements into actionable project plans for internal teams.
  • Lead client communications regarding design changes, scheduling adjustments, and cost updates.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings, presenting risks and critical milestones.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of design and construction documents.
  • Support municipal and jurisdictional approval processes that are lead by Client or 3rd Party Consultant Team.
  • Oversee project closeout, ensuring all deficiencies and warranty issues are resolved.
  • Analyze and refine internal processes to enhance efficiency and delivery standards.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning for project management and business growth.
  • Collaborate with procurement, estimating, and engineering teams to optimize project cost models.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline
  • Project Management Professional Certification or Diploma
  • 10-15 years of experience in construction project management, pre-construction, or design related fields
  • Expertise in reviewing technical drawings and models (ACC/Revit/Inventor)
  • Strong understanding of design processes and engineering requirements
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, contracts, and municipal approval
  • Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects in a fast-paced
  • Proven ability to lead diverse project teams, ensuring alignment with company
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking
  • Strong communication skills, with experience in client and stakeholder
  • Experience with innovative, sustainable or prefabricated construction methods is an asset.
