The Facilities Project Manager will oversee and coordinate well-defined, multi-disciplined projects from inception through completion in support of site operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, operational requirements, and business needs. This role applies engineering principles and methodologies to project and support work, coordinates information across the project team, and identifies and resolves technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

• Project Oversight & Coordination: Oversee and coordinate well-defined multi-disciplined projects from inception to project completion in support of site operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, company standards, operational requirements, and business needs. Coordinate information across the project team to facilitate project facilities execution. Prepare routine project status reports. Apply engineering principles and methodologies to project and support work. Identify technical problems and develop problem-solving solutions.
• Safety & cGMP Compliance: Apply cGMP principles for the workplace. Incorporate cGMP and regulatory compliance into all assigned project scopes, design, and construction activities. Promote safety within the workplace by following site safety procedures. Incorporate safety into all assigned capital projects.
• Design Coordination: Coordinate and oversee development of assigned project design documents. Select A&E firms to perform engineering design. Coordinate and review work with outside A&E firms relating to designs and deliverables (drawings, specifications, etc.). Coordinate design meetings, transmittal of information, and document review. Define and document team decisions.
• Cost Estimating & Scheduling: Prepare project estimates for design, equipment, installation, labor, materials, and other related costs. Work with Purchasing to prepare bid packages for construction and facilities expansion. Prepare project forecasts and schedules and track costs.
• Contract & Construction Oversight: Oversee assigned project contract work. Review and approve project contractor bids, requests for information, submittals, and change requests. Inspect work progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations. Ensure contractors receive necessary orientation and training.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• More than eight (8) years of experience in Construction Project Management.

• Master's Degree in Engineering.

• Multi-disciplined project management, from project inception through completion.
• Application of engineering principles and methodologies to project and support work.
• cGMP and regulatory compliance in design and construction activities.
• Coordination and review of A&E firm design deliverables (drawings, specifications).
• Project cost estimating, forecasting, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Construction contract administration, including bid review, submittals, and change requests.

• Cross-functional coordination across project teams and outside design firms.
• Clear communication through status reports, design meetings, and information transmittals.
• Technical problem-solving and sound decision-making, with documentation of team decisions.
• Safety-focused mindset and diligence in inspecting work for conformance to standards.
