Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing structural projects from inception to completion. Coordinating with various teams, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 6 years of progressive in project management in hospitality renovation
  • Used to work with deadline and multitasking work streams
  • Proficiency in blueprints and software related- blue beam, cad. Microsoft office
  • Diligent adherence to deadlines and financial parameters
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication aptitude
  • Skilled in delivering compelling presentations
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Physical Requirements

  • Long hours sometimes required.
  • Light work โ€“ Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
