Design Project Manager – Lead Architecture and Construction Design-to-Build

Job Overview

The Opportunity You will serve as the vital link between conceptual vision and physical execution, owning the design-to-construction process for high-end luxury projects. This role empowers you to utilize cutting-edge visualization tools to guide clients and construction teams through complex industrial and residential builds.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Developed conceptual layouts and 3D walkthroughs to translate client visions into functional, buildable plans.

  • Produced high-quality interior and exterior renderings using Revit and Twinmotion to facilitate rapid client approvals.

  • Translated complex design intent into detailed shop drawings and installation-ready documentation for field teams.

  • Coordinated daily with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure design integrity throughout the construction phase.
