Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer with a focus on Senior Living and Multi-Family projects. Hospitality and Restaurant design a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills for modeling and be proficient in all aspects of interior design, including but not limited to selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role requires someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion, SD through DD, and on to CD phases of a project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process for senior living and multi family projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and creativity.

  • Utilize Revit for modeling and creating detailed design plans. Strong Revit experience is a must

  • Understanding and ability to create detailed construction documentation

  • Select all high-end finishes and place FF&E, for furniture space plans, ensuring selections align with project goals, budgets, and client expectations.

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs and budgets.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.

  • Travel to project sites as needed to oversee installations and ensure the integrity of the design.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial projects in ideally senior living, hospitality or related sectors.

  • Proficiency in Revit is required.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
