Assistant Revit Interior Design roles focus on technical support and Revit software tasks, while Interior Designers handle creative design, client interaction, and project oversight. Both roles often work together but differ in scope and responsibilities.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Designer with a focus on Senior Living and Multi-Family projects. Hospitality and Restaurant design a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit skills for modeling and be proficient in all aspects of interior design, including but not limited to selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment). The role requires someone who is both creative and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion, SD through DD, and on to CD phases of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design process for senior living and multi family projects, ensuring the highest level of quality and creativity.
Utilize Revit for modeling and creating detailed design plans. Strong Revit experience is a must
Understanding and ability to create detailed construction documentation
Select all high-end finishes and place FF&E, for furniture space plans, ensuring selections align with project goals, budgets, and client expectations.
Collaborate with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions meet their needs and budgets.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure all milestones are met.
Travel to project sites as needed to oversee installations and ensure the integrity of the design.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial projects in ideally senior living, hospitality or related sectors.
Proficiency in Revit is required.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
