We are seeking a Design Project Engineer to join our talented team onsite in Santa Clara, California.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the design, planning, and execution of projects related to cutting-edge advanced technology facilities. This position requires a keen understanding of engineering principles, project management, and a proven track record in delivering successful outcomes within the advanced technology sector.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and coordination of design-side engineering projects for advanced technology facilities in the semiconductor industry. Cleanroom design, data centers, or semiconductor manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical expertise in the design phase of projects, ensuring alignment with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Review and approve design documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and integrate them into the facility design.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that designs meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address concerns.

The salary offered for this role is between $88,000 and $136,000, but the actual salary offered is dependent on experience, skill set, and education.


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field 
  • Professional work or Internship experience as a Project Engineer supporting facility design in the advanced technology sector
  • Experience with state-of-the-art technologies such as cleanroom design, data centers, or semiconductor manufacturing facilities
  • Background in facility design, with a focus on technology integration.
  • Project management skills and proficiency in project management tools
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
  • Knowledge of sustainable and energy-efficient design practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients.
