Job description

As a Store Experience Intern, you will work to identify, define and/or implement improvement opportunities across all stores in training, communication, customer experience or store operations. You will use data analytics, in-store observations and field feedback to improve processes that influence the experience of Kohl’s customers and associates.

  • Identify opportunities to drive results by elevating the experience for Kohl’s associates and/or customers
  • Collaborate with Technology, Finance and Field partners and process owners
  • Use data to measure and validate the benefits of the proposed changes
  • Provide insight on strengths and opportunities around customer and/or associate experience 
  • Participate in presentations and knowledge-sharing
  • Review and present ideas to leaders, managers and team members.
