Description
As the Kitchen & Bath Design Sales Manager, you will oversee the entire Kitchen & Bath design department, ensuring all projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will lead and mentor a team of designers, manage new construction and remodeling projects, and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, and homeowners.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
  • Proven leadership experience in a design role, preferably within the kitchen and bath industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and sell to contractors and homeowners.
  • Excellent knowledge of kitchen and bath cabinetry, materials, finishes, detailing, and trends.
  • Collaborating with vendors to stay updated on the latest products and trends.
  • Working knowledge of 20/20 and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to read blueprints and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve department goals.
  • Conducting regular training sessions for the design team.
  • Reviewing and approving design proposals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to client specifications.
  • Overseeing job site measurements and project timelines.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues that arise during the design process.
