Selections & Design Coordinator (Residential Construction)

CK Contracting is seeking an experienced Sales & Design Coordinator for high-end new builds and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have experience dealing in a professional manner with high-end clientele. We need a proactive team leader to own this position. You will work with the client and sales department to plan and design remodeling & new construction projects that support the company's strategic plan, values, and brand commitment.

Responsibilities

  • Attend initial consultation with lead to prepare a proposal for the remodeling project
  • Meet with the lead to review and revise the proposal as needed. 
  • Input and monitor lead information in the customer relationship management platform.
  • Guide clients through the design and selection process, giving them information on the next steps and making sure all decisions are made in a timely manner. 
  • Design a space for each client that fits their functional and budgetary needs, as per their contract.
  • Develop floorplans, elevations, and 3D renderings using Chief Architect.
  • Conduct site measures, design meetings, a final sign-off meeting, and a job start & close walk-through for each project. 
  • Coordinate and attend all selection appointments with clients and suppliers, to ensure all necessary materials are selected for the project. 
  • Complete all tasks assigned in project management software. 
  • Prepare and present all pricing to clients to determine their final decisions. 
  • Social Media posting for CKC, projects, and development of the projects. 


Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in residential remodeling design 
  • Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and processes. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and design. 
  • Ability to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Professionalism in manner and attire. 


Compensation:
