As an international instructional design manager on the International Retail Operations team, you will develop and maintain the retail training programs that will be used in more than 85 countries around the world. You will play a critical role in ensuring retail training programs are relevant, engaging and help partners quickly gain competency in their new roles.
As an international instructional design manager, you will...
  • Demonstrate expertise in adult learning and instructional design - You will design, develop and maintain innovative, internationally relevant retail operations digital training programs that accelerate partner performance, for barista through regional director roles.
  • Serve as a learning and development subject matter expert - You will regularly consult with cross-functional teams locally and around the world.
  • Continuously improve training programs - You will evaluate feedback, analyze key metrics and compare industry benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of the programs you develop to make improvements.

  • 10+ years of experience designing training programs for adult learners in retail operations roles - from entry level to leadership roles
  • Expertise developing e-learning programs and videos
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to accomplish complex tasks using AI
