At The Fragrance Lab, scent isn’t just a product — it’s an experience. We guide guests through custom fragrance creation, personalized scent journeys, and unforgettable workshops. Our signature Aroma-Mingle experience invites every guest to become the artist of their own aroma. Now, we’re hiring passionate, personable individuals to help us elevate this magical process!

Position Overview

The Fragrance Concierge is the heart of our guest experience. Think of it like being a fragrance-forward hostess: you’ll greet guests, guide them through the scent experience, recommend oils based on their preferences or personality, and support custom blending with grace and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests warmly and explain The Fragrance Lab experience
  • Assist customers in choosing fragrance oils for custom blends
  • Provide recommendations based on mood, occasion, or scent profile
  • Blend and bottle final creations (training provided)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetic workstation
  • Restock oils, tools, and supplies as needed
  • Support retail and workshop events with energy and professionalism

What We’re Looking For

  • A warm, charismatic personality with strong people skills
  • Interest in fragrance, beauty, or hospitality industries
  • Ability to multitask and maintain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, dependable, and a great communicator
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hosting is a plus!

What We’re Looking For

Pay: $12-15 hourly plus commission on additional sales. *Paid training 2-8 hours/$7.25 hour.*
