What We're Looking For

This opportunity entails a rotation through different civil engineering disciplines, during which interns will use basic engineering skills and computer assisted drafting and design (CADD) software to complete activities reflective of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) education at a high school Senior level.
Our Wisconsin office is seeking a student graduating in 2026 who interested in completing an internship prior to starting their collegiate coursework.
Madison - The summer internship program will take place from June 22nd to August 14th.
Milwaukee - The summer internship program will take place from July 6th to August 14th.

What You'll Do:

  • Performs a variety of tasks which may be specific to a particular functional area of activity such as preparing reports, tracking and evaluating results, coordinating program developments, answering the phone, receiving messages, transmitting information, making copies, editing documents, handling routine inquires and making appointments.
  • Participates in meetings and interfaces with various teams.
  • Assists management in analyzing various data.
  • Works on special projects and provides research as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus enrolled in a related undergraduate or graduate program
