As a Graphic Design Intern, you will support Brightstar Lottery's Creative Services team by bringing ideas to life through compelling visual design. You'll gain hands-on experience creating layouts and assets for both print and digital channels while collaborating with designers, writers, and marketing strategists to deliver impactful brand communications. A portfolio submission is required to be considered for this role. This role will be located in Providence, Rhode Island.
 
What You'll Do
  • Create visually engaging designs aligned with brand, business, and marketing objectives
  • Develop layouts and creative assets for print and digital platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, and strategists
  • Apply typography, color, and layout principles to deliver high-quality work
  • Incorporate feedback to refine and improve design outputs
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain organized files and adhere to brand standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $20.00 - $24.50 per hour. The actual pay offered may be higher or lower. The Company complies with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one part of our Total Rewards program. Non-exempt roles are eligible for irregular discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
