Job description

We are seeking a Structural Analysis Engineer to join our engineering team supporting the design, certification, and lifecycle support of advanced aerospace products. The successful candidate will perform structural analysis to verify the integrity, safety, and regulatory compliance of aircraft structures while collaborating with cross-functional engineering, manufacturing, and product support teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Perform structural analysis to evaluate aircraft components and assemblies for strength, durability, and regulatory compliance.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Conduct finite element modeling (FEA), static stress, fatigue and damage tolerance, thermal, vibration, and structural analyses.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Develop analytical models and engineering calculations to validate structural designs.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support structural sizing and optimization for metallic and composite structures.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Prepare stress reports, substantiation reports, and technical documentation.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Certification, and Product Support teams.

ย ย ย ย ย ย  Support design reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and post-delivery engineering activities.

Requirements
