Responsibilities:
• Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers responsible for the design, development, testing, and operations of our platform.
• Our managers deliver results while simultaneously investing in each team member's career and working skill set. Video domain-specific skills can be learned on the job.

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
• Excellent analytical skills
• 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
• Expert knowledge of at least one modern programming language such as Java, C, or C++
• Strong background in C#/C++/Java, and SQL
• Ability to multi-task, adapt quickly to new development environments and changing business requirements, learn new systems, gain new skills, create reliable & maintainable code, and find creative, scalable solutions to often difficult problems
• Passionate about delivering consistently great digital media experiences to customers
