This position offers an hourly rate of $18$25 plus commission on sales. Our full-time Design Consultants have an earning potential of approximately $65,000$75,000+ per year, with the opportunity to earn more based on individual performance.

You don't need to be an interior designer to succeed at EQ3. If you have strong sales skills and an interest in furniture and design, we'll provide the product knowledge and tools you need to build your expertise.

You'll be joining our Griffintown team at 1155 Rue Wellington, Montral, QC, in a full-time capacity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Design Consultant, you'll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You'll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will:
