Vous etes extremement organise, fiable, a l'aise avec Excel et avez d'excellentes competences en communication et en ecoute. Ce que vous ferez :

Rapports

  • Creer et envoyer des rapports de ventes chaque semaine
  • Envoyer des analyses retrospectives trimestrielles des ventes a l'equipe elargie et au service Merchandising
  • Gerer et collaborer avec le directeur senior sur les syntheses de marche realisees apres la cloture du marche

Inventaire

  • Gerer et mettre a jour les stocks disponibles et a venir chaque semaine
  • Creer des dossiers de stocks a envoyer aux clients

Service a la clientele et logistique

  • Veiller a ce que tous les EDI et bons de commande soient traites dans les delais pour la division
  • Collaborer avec le service client si necessaire pour les questions liees a l'expedition, aux prolongations de delai ou aux ruptures de stock
  • Travailler avec les services logistique et production pour garantir l'arrivee des produits dans les delais

Preparation du marche

  • Participer au suivi des echantillons et a la mise en valeur du showroom (4 fois par an)
  • Gerer le calendrier des etapes cles du marche, des echeances et des rendez-vous
  • Veiller a ce que le showroom et l'arriere-boutique soient propres et bien ranges
  • Gerer les demandes d'echantillons emanant des clients

Marches

  • S'assurer que la liste des articles saisonniers est configuree dans le systeme et la mettre a jour si necessaire
  • Creer et tenir a jour les fichiers de calcul des couts saisonniers et veiller a leur importation dans le systeme
  • Participer a la preparation des rendez-vous commerciaux en envoyant les listes d'articles et les fiches detaillees aux clients
  • Assister le directeur principal dans l'elaboration des plans de gamme avant le lancement sur le marche

Vous aurez besoin de :

  • 2 a 3 ans d'experience pertinente dans le secteur de la vente au detail de mode ; une experience dans la vente en gros serait un atout
  • Maitrise d'Excel et de l'analyse de donnees
  • Souci du detail et excellentes competences en matiere d'organisation et de gestion du temps
  • Capacite a travailler en collaboration avec differentes equipes et a gerer plusieurs priorites dans un environnement dynamique
  • Passion pour la mode et sens aigu des tendances

Who You Are:

You are extremely organized, reliable, excel savvy and have great communication and listening skills. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude will thrive. What You'll Do:

Reporting

  • Create and send selling reports on a weekly basis
  • Send out quarterly selling hindsight to greater team & Merchandising
  • Manage/Partner with Senior Director on Market Recaps done after market is closed

Inventory

  • Manage and update available and upcoming inventory on a weekly basis
  • Create inventory packages to send to accounts

Customer Service & Logistics

  • Ensure all EDI's/PO's are processed timely for division
  • Partner with customer service as needed on shipping related questions, extensions, or shortages
  • Work with logistics and production departments to ensure timely arrival of product

Market Prep

  • Assist in tracking samples and merchandising showroom (4x/year)
  • Manage calendar for market milestones, deadlines & appointments
  • Keep showroom and backroom in order and organized
  • Manage sample requests from accounts

Market

  • Ensure seasonal line list set up in system and update as needed
  • Create and maintain seasonal costing files and ensure upload in system
  • Assist in market appointments by sending line lists and detail sheets to accounts
  • Assist Senior Director with pre-market line plans

You'll Need to Have:

  • 2-3 years of pertinent experience in fashion retail; wholesale experience would be an asset
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for fashion and a strong sense of trends
