Job description

Bayland Buildings, Inc., is seeking an ambitious and well-connectedProject Executiveto develop and increase new business throughout the Southern Wisconsin area. The ideal candidate will have design/build sales experience, a proven track record, excellent communication skills, and is a self-starter. To assist in your success, we offer an in-house support team of architectural, engineering, drafting, estimating, project management, and job supervision.


Responsibilities


  • Proactively identify, develop, and maintain solid, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients in the assigned territory.

  • Prospect and qualify for future client opportunities.

  • Drive profitability and revenue within assigned territory.

  • Manage and lead the overall sales process.

  • Understand client's wants and needs, then provide project proposal/solution.

  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide clients with project proposals/solutions.

  • Present and manage project proposals/solutions to prospective and existing clients.

  • Effectively communicate Bayland Buildings, Inc. services and capabilities.

  • Negotiate and close project proposals/solutions.

  • Attend and participate in monthly sales meetings at the corporate office.


Qualifications


  • Minimum of 3 years of Design/Build sales experience and/or has worked in the commercial building industry.

  • Background and work history that supports the ability to develop, maintain and successfully manage clients.

  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to read blueprints.

  • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and negotiating skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.

  • Valid driver license.

  • Ability and willingness to travel 1-2 days per week to our corporate office located in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

  • Ability and willingness to travel locally and regionally throughout the Southern Wisconsin area.
