The Design Build Pursuit Manager manages the pursuit of large, alternative delivery civil construction projects, with a focus on transportation. The successful candidate must be a good forward planner and excellent motivator as they must manage large teams with different goals to enable them to work together to produce a coordinated and coherent design, estimate, and proposal. Leadership qualities and the ability to present ideas effectively and evaluate the ideas of others are a must.
This role will be hybrid in office and preference to be based in one of our MasTec Civil offices in Tampa, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Orlando, FL, Miami, FL, Medley, FL, Charlotte, NC or Nashville, TN.

Project/Pursuit Management:

- Leads and assists in the development of design-build proposals.
- Lead and manage the design-build process from conception through the preliminary design and bid submission.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Encourage and inspire design consultants to produce their best work by leveraging creativity, experience, resources, and talent in a cost-effective way.

- Leads constructability review efforts with design and construction team members.
Team Leadership:
