Job description

Grand Specialty is seeking a creative and detail-orientated Graphic Production Assistant to support our design and production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong visual communication skills, a passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with the creation and editing of graphics for print.
Prepare artwork and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite.
Support production tasks including formatting, resizing, and file preparation.
Maintain organized project files and design assets.
Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on-time while assisting with facilitating the overall production schedule for the department.
Work hand in hand with customers during their proofing process to achieve approval on printed items.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow creative direction.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of printing processes preferred.
