Job Summary

The Administrative & Graphic Design Assistant provides support to the business owner by handling basic graphic design tasks, performing general administrative duties, and assisting with day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced, small business setting.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design Support

  • Assist with floor plans and mockups for store design/planning
  • Create and update simple marketing materials such as signage, visual merchandising/displays, print and digital graphics, and presentations.
  • Make minor edits to existing designs, including resizing, formatting, and text/image updates
  • Ensure designs follow established brand guidelines
  • Prepare digital files for print, production or online/digital use as needed
  • Perform basic photo editing or image cleanup for use on marketing materials or product design

Administrative Duties

  • Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, filing, and document organization
  • Maintain digital and physical records
  • Support basic office operations and special projects as assigned

Owner & Operations Support

  • Assist the company owner with day-to-day tasks and priorities
  • Help coordinate projects and follow up on action items
  • Handle miscellaneous duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly
  • Serve as a reliable point of support across departments or functions

Qualifications

  • Basic graphic design experience and familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva
