Site Manager โ€“ Dermatology Practice

Full-Time | Leadership Opportunity

Our growing dermatology practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to lead daily office operations and support a high-performing team dedicated to exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about creating an outstanding patient experience.

The Site Manager will report directly to Upper Management and play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, team performance, and overall office success.


ResponsibilitiesLeadership amp; Team Management
  • Lead and support front office and clinical support staff
  • Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and staff development
  • Hold team members accountable to office workflows, policies, and service standards
  • Conduct team meetings and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
Office Operations
  • Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and organization
  • Monitor patient flow, scheduling, and overall office productivity
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and patient-focused environment
  • Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions
Patient Experience
  • Ensure patients receive excellent customer service from check-in to check-out
  • Address escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly
  • Support initiatives that improve patient satisfaction and online reputation
Administrative amp; Financial Oversight
  • Assist with scheduling optimization, collections, and operational reporting
